Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church

Deaconess Ministry

Welcome from the Deaconess Chair-Lady,

The Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church Deaconess Ministry serves as a extension of pastoral care for women and other member in need in the church. We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our ministry is so excited to join with our Pastor and members  to implement our theme for the year, Standing Strong and Remaining Confident in these Uncertain Times”

The Deaconess Ministry is a witness to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We are thankful for the opportunity to enrich the lives of the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church Family through prayer, motherly protection, empathy, sympathetic support, visitation, and evangelistic ministry.

We are charged about the extended services of our 5th Sunday New Members Reception, and our Christmas Brunch that we offer at PMBC. As we are laboring in the word and work that God guides us in, we strive to help our members by  “being confident of this very thing that he who has begun a good work in you, will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;” Philippians 1:6.

We continue to pray blessings  for each member daily: may God Bless and keep you in His care; and remember, No one achieves greatness without being a servant.”
