Evangelist Dr. Carla Williams

Dr. Carla Williams is a passionate, spiritually humble, bible believing, Woman of God who was called; anointed; sent by God and sealed with the Holy Spirit to teach and to preach the infallible, powerful, Living Word of God. Carla has a deep love for God, the Word, and how it is conveyed to His people. She has been charged by Him alone to preach “JESUS” and to teach all men with endearing L-O-V-E.

Evangelist Williams served as the 1st Female Superintendent of Sunday Church School at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Natchez, Mississippi under the leadership of Pastor Melvin L. White. She is also a well-versed and enthusiastic Sunday School teacher. She has studied and taken biblical courses in Christian Education, Theology, and Creative Bible Teaching at: Mississippi Baptist Seminary School in Natchez, Mississippi; National Baptist Congress in St. Louis, Missouri; and the Regional Baptist Congress in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and she continues her educational endeavors, currently enrolled in Christian Leadership classes online. On August 7th, 2017, under the authority of Universal Church Ministries, Evangelist Williams became an ordained minister whose commission does not expire. Now, with unwavering faith and the spiritual tools God has given her, she is walking in her purpose praying, teaching, and preaching the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ wherever the Lord says go!

Dr. Williams’ educational endeavors began at Grambling State University, and has since earned a degree in Computer Information Processing from Louisiana Business College, Monroe, LA, graduating as Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA; a Bachelor’s (Magna Cum Laude) in English from Alcorn State University; and a Master’s (with high distinction) in Workforce Educational Leadership from Mississippi State and Alcorn State Universities combined; and, on Sunday, December 11th, 2022, Dr. Williams’ degree as a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) with a (3.6 GPA) in Biblical Studies from Newburgh College of the Bible and Theological Seminary, Newburgh, IN was conferred. Still, God continues to bless Dr. Williams, penning her first manuscript which is currently in the final editing stages for publication, “Shattered Pieces of A Broken Past….”

Dr. Williams’ career has been truly blessed as well. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources and has worked at management/executive levels for 12 years of her 30-year career. She has been honored for numerous awards in her profession as a Chief Human Resource Officer, most notably “Cream of The Crop” HR Executive by the national organization HRO Today. Although she is currently retired, Dr. Williams maintains a license as a professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and lends her expertise where needed. God has blessed her to work full-time for Him (as prayerfully requested), studying and serving diligently in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ; this is her Chief Employment.

Most notable, is Evangelist Williams’ contribution to the St. Stephen Baptist Church in Vidalia, LA, where she successfully wrote a grant establishing 501C3 status for the church and implementing its Families First Resource Center, which served the elderly, adolescents, and teenagers in the local community. She is enthusiastic about giving a voice to those who are not able to be heard and providing spiritual and physical direction to others who are in need. She credits much of her success to this passion.

Evangelist, Dr. Carla Denise Williams currently resides in Vidalia, LA with her husband and best friend, Jack Williams. She has two wonderful children, an affectionate daughter-in-law, a hilarious son-in-law, three loving stepchildren, two beautiful granddaughters: Ava and Erica, and one handsome toddler grandson: Keith. Dr. Carla loves her faith, family, and friends, and she enjoys reading, writing, and above all, serving God’s people!
